"I ordered a pair of Kentucky Mustang Shelby Under Ride traction bars about 6 year. One nut came off. I called KM and they were willing to help, until they went to look up my name and found no account. Was it possible I ordered from a 3rd party? Sure. Should that keep them form telling me a nut size? No. You would think being in the resto business they would know a lot people are repeating business. I have 2 projects in my shop. I was considering ordering front brakes from KM. Not any more."
