Applebee's Grill + Bar

"This place is absolute garbage. After being told it was a going to be a 20 minute wait, they forgot about us, had to ask after 40 minutes just to be sat immediately, then it took 15 minutes for our server to come by, another 15 minutes to get our drinks, and over an hour to get our food, which 1 meal was completely missing, and another was wrong. We had to call down multiple servers because ours was no where to be seen. In the 2 hours we were there we got 1 refill and that’s only because the manager, who truly didn’t care was finally brought over. I’ve never seen such horrible service, especially with how much they charge."

"You work hard for your money. Don’t waste it here. I’m not trying to be a ‘Karen,’ and I genuinely understand the difficulties food service workers face on a daily basis. Having worked nearly every position in the restaurant industry, I get it, and truly appreciate their efforts. With that said, this place doesn’t deserve your money. Management has really let this place go, and I have a hard time believing that the franchise owner(s) play any part in the operation of this place. If they do, it’s quite puzzling as to how they have made it as far as they have. Having little option given how late it was, we decided to give the failing chain another go. We quickly remembered why it had been years since we had been here. 15 minutes to be greeted at the table. Another 10 on drinks. 45 min for the food. Entrees well before appetizer. Comically cold food (we almost felt as if we were being pranked- we’ve truly never had anything like this before- I mean nearly refrigerator cold). Several dirty dishes. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I can say, the appetizer was removed, prior to the check being presented, which gave an indication that someone knows how to handle things. (So I can give credit where deserved!) While waiting to be served, we were looking at the menu reminiscing on our days in college, and making plans to return for ‘old times sake’ next week for the big game. Those plans were short lived, as we put the final nail in this coffin. Spend your well earned money on some of our great locally owned restaurants around town! Forget this place! "I was being nice with the scores today because this was probably my worst experience at any establishment. There were probably 20 empty tables and they were taking people's names and numbers. We sat at an empty bar and waited for to be served and 15 minutes later we were ask about drinks. I ask if they were having staffing issues and he says they were slammed with people at 15 tables; I was shocked. My buddy went to the restroom where he heard a waiter ordering a gram and a half of some drug. We ordered the endless platter that included fries but we never received another order of fries with and of our endless meats. I ordered a soda and I had to ask another employee to get one because I never received the initial one until after I had already gotten one from 2nd employee and when I did get it he came from the back with it. I mean when I tell you it tasted of dish water it was disgusting. Finally they had no silverware we used plastic utensils. This is my last experience with Applebee's. What happened to this establishment"

"Food was very over cooked couldn't eat the nachos because the cheese was burnt and the chicken was like powder inside it was so over cooked Ok I tried them again no luck. So disappointing"
