"We used to come here as often as we could. We loved Common Grounds and supporting a local place but the quality is no longer there. We waited 30 minutes and paid almost $50.00 for two drinks, 2 muffins and 3 breakfast sandwiches just to get home and realize our order was completely wrong. We had to go back up the road to correct the order, which took an additional 45 minutes. We know places get busy and we’d prefer to give our time and money to a local spot, but this has been a consistent experience as of late. Will just go to Starbucks next time."
"Always super polite and all about the customer. I go out of my way to go here. I must admit I only order 1 type of coffee, but it is on point and never bitter. And the price, crushes the Big Chain with the Mermaid on the Cup."
