"We ordered curbside. They took a while to bring it out despite the text saying it was ready. We take the 3 minute drive home and get everything out. Took a bite out of my honey chipotle chicken crispers. They were wet like they were undercooked. Ended up not eating the rest of the chicken. Decided to try my mashed potatoes, bland instant potatoes. Then I decided to try my cheese fries, soggy. Total fail. After trying the three things I had ordered, I looked at the husband , he already knew what was on my mind. He says “mine is terrible too”. We threw the whole order out. It’s rare that I do this but after the last experience we had here we won’t be returning. The food is just becoming too subpar and the staff isn’t making up for the food’s shortcomings. You need to take a good long look at your model and see if you can improve the food: flavor, quality, and price. And the staff: friendliness, attentiveness, having pride in what they do and not just slopping things around."
"The service was awful. The waiter basically forgot about us. Food took forever and wasn't worth the wait when we got it finally. Never got refills or checked how the food was. It wasn't busy either. Staff just seemed to be chatting, playing around, and didn't really care to provide any customer service. I went and got us our napkins, ketchup and even silverware. We usually have a good experience at Chili's but not here unfortunately."
"If you order a bowl of chili, this is what you get...I asked our waiter if that's how they serve it and responded yes, 1 bite and it was too salty and ended up not eating it. Never will I order the chili - this is the Chili's off Eldorado and Dallas Tollway"
"Dinner was delicious. Two of my faves right now are the white cheddar mac and cheese and the philly. Hubby tried the new bacon rancher burger and he really enjoyed it. Service was good and food came out pretty fast. It was a great time and we always go back to Chili's."
