"New manager Brad was awesome and advisor Nik was awesome. Great job! Bout time ya got rid of the jerk Bradley you had in there!!! However, was informed by another civilian that I have something hanging down from my vehicle. Come the find out the tech or mechanic failed to put all the bolts / screws back in the cover after changing the oil. His name started with a C. And he was working the third bay from the waiting area on the front side of the quick lube shop."

"Was a walk-in, no appointment. Customer service said appointment is not necessary but recommended. Had to wait a little while before they pulled my car in for oil change. Told them I didn't need tire rotation, they did it anyway. The report said they serviced the cabin air filter, but I was watching, and they did not do that. Overall, a good job was done."
