"I’m so incredibly thankful for the Kroger pick up crew. I can always count on them to provide quick and accurate service. Ive never had a mixed up order but if I did I know they would make it right! Each and every person who brings the carts from the store, meet you at your car window with a smile and the best attitudes! With 3 kids and a full time job you can bet my trunk is a mess, I always say “excuse the mess” to which they always just brush off. I appreciate that kindness so much. Jacob especially has made an impression! His name tag says “the goat” and I would have to agree. He’s always got the biggest smile on his face, his customer service is top notch, and he’s incredibly kind. Thank you, Kroger pick up crew! You’ve made this moms life so much easier! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!"

Was on the phone being redirected back and forth for literally 10 minutes because the meat department wouldn't answer, when they finally did the lady talked to me like I was stupid and then when I finally got my answer she just hung up on me. Great service."

"Store is always clean. I have never had more than one person in front of me in the check out line so checking out is very quick compared to other stores I have shopped at. Carts are in good working order and fairly new."
