"This is my go to coffee shop. I love stopping in here after a long days work. It is right on the river. I like to grab a coffee and walk the area. It is peaceful. The establishment itself is super clean. You can tell the staff here takes pride in what they do. Prices are your standard industry pricing. Parking is only on the street, but I've never really had trouble finding parking. The main stays of coffees they do are all great. The staff at this spot are chill, respectful, and very inviting."
"We ordered our favorite Hazelnut and Matcha Lattes from this downtown Jeff location and enjoyed it very much. The vibe in this spot is relaxing and comfortable. Our baristas brought the drink to our table which was a nice bonus. Great service and lattes!"

"OK so we were walking the bridge from Louisville to Jeffersonville and I saw these ladies with coffee, I asked where they got it, they told, and the rest is history... Now to the customer service. They have the best!!! The cashier was very patient and helpful with us when we were ordering so thank you for that. The young man that made our drinks he was awesome!!! so young man thank you for that. We will be back. Thank you Coffee Crossing you made our day. We were skipping back to Louisville with our drinks lol"
