"Updated: I got my drink exactly how I ordered it this time! Yay!!!! … Seriously the consistency of your beverages never being made the same is honestly something that never should occur in a business let alone one as popular as Starbucks. Todays my birthday and I got a Venti Matcha with adds but that’s regardless it calls for three scoops of matcha and I’m pretty sure I only got one! Which I added an extra one. It should’nt have looked like milk with tea.. I guess I should’ve just paid for my beverage and it would’ve have been made properly. Considering it would’ve been a ten dollar drink there should honestly be a 1/3 of the ice in these drinks. I just don’t get it…"
