"Understaffed on a weekend . Came in before 5 on a Saturday and wasted 45 min waiting for blizzards. the 1 person who was taking drive thru orders and taking dine in orders was also in charge of making the ice creme orders. In no time there was 2 lines of customers at register 1 to order and the other to complain about the whereabouts of there orders"

"Over an hour wait for one burger is insane. There really wasn't even anyone there eating there, so it wasn't busy. The girl in the drive-through just came on and said, "Please wait," and left us there for over 20 minutes. I couldn't reverse because there was someone behind me. Food was cold when we got it like it had been sitting for a bit."

"This place is so horrible, when it’s a fast food place & u have to wait very long . The food is always cold & the chilly taste very old to me .. I asked to get fresh chilly I should have know better since I worked here before that it’s very old they reuse it for days ! Never again will I go there .. sad to say things haven’t changed or gotten better ! (I post my tacos they were so bad very wet couldn’t even eat them ! )"

"The only complaint I had was my burger and fries burger, because the meat was dry the cheese they only gave me half of the cheese the bread was cold they usually toast it and the french fries were cold. You could taste all the grease."
