"I was excited to stop in since I pass by often. I always love supporting local businesses BUT I am all about customer service. I entered the store and WAS NOT greeted or acknowledged in any way. I must have been in there browsing for about 15 to 20 minutes and nothing. Another woman and her daughter walked in and they were acknowledged because I heard it and saw it and made me feel like I must be invisible in this store. I actually saw a few things I like and would have purchased but I'd rather spend where I am acknowledged and welcomed. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back. EVERY customer no matter what should be acknowledged and welcome."
