"We had a fantastic customer service experience with the young man working at this location today. I wish we’d gotten his name. This is a smaller store, so naturally smaller stock, but he directed us to exactly what we came for and even helped resolve an issue with a pair we’d purchased that didn’t work out and we thought we would be stuck with! He also called another store to confirm availability of another shoe in the size we were searching for that might work better. I told him this (rare these days) kind of service creates loyal customers and promised we would return, and we would leave a review so others would know too."

"My little girl 10 years of age needed to use a restroom. She politely asked the floor manager if she could use the restroom and he told her " It is not for the public". We will never be back again and will spread the word to all we know on the customer experience. If you work here I got a little inside information for you. Businesses thrive when you follow the 3 P's.... People, Process and Profit. If you take care of the people (Customers and Employees) then they will take care of your Process, which ultimately leads to Profits. If you do not take care of the first P then over time your business will fail... guaranteed. Have a nice day"
