"Store is clean and well-organized. The staff have been friendly both times we visited, and by friendly I mean they are nice but after sharing a little about their deals they let you have space. We first went in the fall and, with some help, found some good winter boots for our son (not always easy in Houston). Recently we went in just to see if they had a dress shoe for my wife, to match khaki pants. They had options for both. Anyways, its a well run business and we will go back."

"Great selection of men's , women's and children's shoes. Located near the freeway. The parking lot wasn't over packed . The store was clean and well organized. The service was fast and friendly. Overall a great location to shop at. We went to look for work boots and the workers were very nice. I had to use the restroom and the worker politely told me where it was at and it was very clean. I appreciate the service."
"I would give a 0 if I could, but I can’t they are extremely unprofessional. The way they try to disrespect people and act very high. Steven / Esteven, the supposed store manager needs more training on customer service and how to lead an office. This store has really disappointed me. I just couldn’t believe that they have people like this working there I used to like coming here but after witnessing this I am very disappointed. I never comment on anything no matter how bad the stores ethics can be but this place takes the cake. Do not go here unless you wanna be disrespected by their untrained staff. I went to return these shoes and they told me that they were dirty and used. Please look at this photo and tell me where. It’s within the 60 Days return period, I had receipt, and the box. The “store manager” even said that next time I need to just pick out my shoes better instead of returning them if I don’t use them."
"Decent experience. Lots of shoes, not a ton of athletic shoe variety. The staff member that came and checked on me came around 6-7 times and it felt a tad uncomfortable, as I was just looking around. It kind of felt like he was hovering. Clean store though, good location, and great place to stop for shoes."
