"Staff doesn’t greet you or try to offer any sort of help. You have to go find someone yourself. To top it off they have attitude when you ask them for help. Rude.They are very unorganized.The store was a complete mess when I visited. Horrible experience I rather by the shoes directly from the retailer themselves then from here. They are not any cheaper anyways. I will not be returning nor recommend anyone to visit here."

"I shop at Famous Footwear pretty regularly. They always have great deals especially if you have the app! The selection isn’t the biggest, but definitely still something worth seeing. This location specifically has amazing customer service!!!! One of their assistant managers named Eddie is so great. He helped me measure my kids feet and was just overall an amazing person!!! Will be coming back soon."
