"I just got out this store at bellaire I went to exchange my sons shoes .. there was 3 girls at the register one looking like a chola the other one skinny long hair really messed up hair like she don’t have a brush to do her hair then the other girl so called manager her name was JAZZ she was so rude and they all were laughing over and over and kept doing it and I asked them what so funny and they kept on laughing like something was so funny to them I ask JAZZ what’s her name and she didn’t respond and I said” you need better costumers device” and she responded with a attitude “don’t talk to me like that” you footlocker don’t need those faces for customer service they nothing professional . You can tell they not there for the job they only there for the money… Marie was an example for customer service she was so nice she has to be the assistant manager!! Jazz u not the one for footlocker go get a job at McDonalds your attitude is the attitude for McDonald"

"They took my money, canceled online reservation order and said they canceled order because I didn't have funds available. That was the 1st lie. But they took the money out and said sorry we will refund you in 3 to 5 days. But wait yall said funds weren't available, so how did you take the funds out my account? And then they hung up on me. I call back and a supervisor said that the system probably went down while they tried to take the funds from my bank. 2nd lie how about just admit to yalls mistakes and give me my shoes that I already paid for."
