"This is some good food. Is it the best in the RGV? Nah, but it’s definitely worth the time and the money. I would not hesitate to eat there again when in town. Everything had really good flavor. It was all a little too greasy but it wasn’t so greasy that I couldn’t eat it. The chips and salsa were excellent. My associate says the food truck is better than this sit-down restaurant. IDK but it’s still good stuff."
"I really enjoyed the food here. Some of the meat on one dish was a bit chewy and full of grizzle so we didn’t eat much of it, flavorful but very difficult to chew. The waitress didn’t speak any English, but also didn’t try. We were pointing at the menu and trying our hardest to order but she kept speaking fast and faster in Spanish. She did get our orders right, but it was a bit frustrating. Overall, if I lived in Texas I would return but being that I live out of state, I likely wouldn’t seek it out again."
