"I had ordered a pair of sneakers for store pickup and when they didn’t fit, Sierra went out of her way searching the store and online to find the shoes in the size I needed. She found them online and in less than 5 minutes her and Ashley had them ordered and on the way to my house so I didn’t have to come back. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and you could tell they cared about resolving my issue, even though I wasn’t even upset in the first place. It’s very hard to find that level of customer service nowadays. I walked out of the store genuinely shocked (in a positive manner of course). Will definitely make this store my go-to from now on!"
