"Went the other today to buy a specific pair of shoes and had a great experience. Jasmine greeted us when we walked in and took us to where the shoes were right away. The whole process would’ve taken 5 mins but of course we had to stop and check out their amazing selection. Went back today to exchange the shoes for a bigger size and the assistant manager (didn’t get her name) was very helpful. Greeted me immediately and asked if I needed help. Also let me know about the boots sales that was currently going on. I was in and out in 5mins, fast and great service."

"Just left right now,was waiting in line for 10 minutes.My son had to use the restroom,they don't even have a restroom for customers. Customer wasn't even ready and cashier was still trying to deal with her. Than customer herself asked the lady to go ahead and attend me,but in which I was already leaving so he could use to restroom. Smh worse shopping experience ever"
"It’s the second time I go to this store and have the same problem, it seems this store IS NOT KIDS FRIENDLY. I’m giving 2 stars because the young lady that assisted me was very nice, but the MANAGER...I caught her rolling her eyes at my kids, 2 and 3 years old, they were wandering around the store and at certain time ran but not being messing with shoes or anything like that. At a point, I turned around to see what my kids were doing and she was telling my 2 year old to go back to her mommy with a witchy face, the funny thing is there was another girl running around and she never told her anything, so I’m assuming she just doesn’t like Latinos..."
