"Good products, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, because Seattle, where they are based, apparently outlawed shopping bags, they decided to remove shopping bags from all stores. We spent over $900 on clothing for an upcoming race and walked out of the store carrying about 15 separate items with no bags! Not a good sign for the company if corporate makes these kind of decisions."
"I was just there for the sale going on and made conversation with a fellow associate there by the name of Eric. Not only is he knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely has the values of a good family man who wants the introduce his family to the outdoors. He was very helpful and super easy to talk to. I learned a little about him while I was there and he to me. I learned that he puts family first before his needs just like he puts my needs above his when helping me. Highly recommend this store and definitely stop by the camping section and say hi to him. Great guy and great service here."
