"Horrible! I ordered a cheese original and get something with a ton of meat and nothing else. Now I know why I don't eat at this location! How hard is it to make a cheese original!!!! Glad I wasted $13 to get to have chips for lunch."
"This location is bit older than the new location in South Lubbock, but it still manages to taste great. The employees were quick and efficient and we had our food just after getting our drinks and sitting down. We always go with Turkey Original w/ mustard and it never disappoints. The inside was clean as well as the restrooms. Overall, we will probably go to the South location just due to convenience, but this location is still great."
"They don’t keep tomato soup made because they “don’t sell it often” I found this to be pretty upsetting because if it’s on your menu you should have it made but my alternative decision to just get a salad worked out. The food was great."
"They have fantastic customer service here. The employees are nice and any small issues or requests are solved promptly. The owner is usually on site which is nice to see. It shows they really care about service and quality here. The dining room is clean!"
