"The employee on the floor was not very nice. He never ask if I needed help with anything. I ask him for a foot sizer to check my son's shoe size. He seemed annoyed and had to go the back for one. He came back and handed it to me. Didn't offer to size my son. So after I sized him and picked out shoes the employee was nowhere in sight. So I put the sizer on the shelf. I got in line and this employee came and found me in line and ask very annoyed where I put the sizer. Wow! The check out girl was very nice!"

"Walked into the store nobody even greeted us asked me what we were looking for no service whatsoever I went to find someone asked her if that was the only color, her answer was those are the only sizes we have and and went back to talking with the other employee! Their sale was not joking one penny off. Bought the shoes elsewhere."

"The store was clean & well organized. The staff was friendly and let me know they were there if I needed assistance. They were not pushy though. I did NOT feel like they were following me around, ready to pounce. When I couldn't find exactly what I needed, the saleslady went to their website and found it for me. She then helped me order it & had it shipped to my home. I am very happy with my visit there."

"I bought 3 pairs if shoes from the mall location. I was told that I had 90 days for return or exchange. That if i didn't like the shoe I could exchange it. I wore one pair twice. They still looked brand new. I brought the shoes back to exchange for something different and was told no. Because I had worn them. I was under the impression that I was going to be able to try the shoe and if I didn't like it, return it. That's why I bought 3 pairs of different shoes. I spent well over 100 on shoes. That will be the last dollar they get out of me. Plenty of other stores that sell shoes."
