"Wonderful place to buy presents and home goods. If you want to make your present looking great you can find a great variety of different sized gift boxes at stationery department. Besides that you can find amazing towels for any taste and much much more. Good place to hunt for a good stuff ))"

"This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. I'm a regular customer, so this wasn't my first time here, but I had never wrote a review. I went to this Marshall's on Saturday the 11th of Sep. 2021. SELECTION: overall poor selection, with few exceptions like the women's shoe section and the clothing section. the men's shoe section and the furniture section were the worst off all... MEN'S SHOE SELECTION: They usually display all the different shoes on the long top shelf and right beneath the shoe you like, you can find the different sizes and colors of that mode. well, that does not exist anymore, reason? no selection. now all the shoes are in their box and to look at them you have to pull them out of the box. I did it for an hour last time I was there to then realize that they had ONLY 10 different shoe models in different sizes and no color selection. They had no sport shoes or sneakers, at all! again, the same model, repeated over and over again, just different sizes. WOMEN'S SHOE SECTION: poor selection, mismatching shoes, no sizes, no color selection. They usually display all the different shoes on the long top shelf and right beneath the shoe you like you can find the different sizes and colors of that mode. well, that does not exist anymore, reason? no selection. now all the shoes are in their box and to look at them you have to pull them out of the box. WOMEN'S CLOTHES SECTION: good selection of clothes but the sizes were all mixed up. To find your size or your color it would take you 1 hour, at least. MEN'S CLOTHES SELECTION: poor selection, all the sizes were mixed up and there was a lack of "M" size clothes. Colors? very little variety, KITCHEN SECTION: good selection but as messy as it gets. stuff piled on top of other stuff, no order, no way to find what you are looking for in the section it should be. super disorganized, the opposite of neat and tidy. HOME SECTION: good selection and messy. the Pillow and the Cushion section messy too, stuff on the floor or just piled up, misplaced or out of their original package. DECOR SECTION: great selection but misplaced. shelves were overwhelmed with stuff. some of the frames and paintings had at least ten more frames and paintings placed in front of them. The Décor section was very messy, one one shelf you had tons of stuff of all kinds and was almost impossible to reach the stuff in the very back or in the very bottom as it was buried underneath tons of other stuff. FURNITURE SECTION: good selection and somehow more taken care than the other sections. it was a little bit scattered as in you could find pieces of furniture in the toy section, but overall not as bad. KIDS SECTION: small selection of clothes and very small selection of kids/baby stuff. TOY SECTION: very little section, with only 2 short isles and toys are all scattered and out of their original packaging. alot of packages were open. CLEARANCE SECTION: Super messy and overwhelmingly crowded. STAFF: hard to comment on this one as It was really hard to get a hold of one of them, you really had to go and look for them as they were mostly clustered near the entrance. I found one older lady, I asked her a question and she told me I'll be back with you, but she never came back. Usually, except for the young ones, the are very helpful and nice, but this time they were just not around. CLEANLINESS: overall messy, not tidy, not neat, somehow clean floors and clean displays, but boy, a hot mess. It was hard to find anything! the few employees around would just dump returns wherever they could. You do not see employees cleaning and reordering the shelves. bottom note, If you do not have enough staff to keep the store nice and tidy. RESTROOMS: Overall clean. outdated and old. PRICES: mostly fair except for the food section. PLACE: it is a pretty big building. outdated interiors and exteriors. old floor. CARTS: When we got there they had NO shopping carts available! LOCATION: Conveniently located next to I10. CONCLUSIONS: They have to work on all of the above!"

"Not an usual shopper, but I definitely like Marshall's better than Ross. They're more organized and neat. They have more quality merchandise. The prices are fair. And I like how they have their customers follow CDC recommendations as far as social distancing at checkout, and wearing masks at all times. No wonder why their parking lot is always full. Keep up the good work."
