"What a rude person! I will strongly advise for any autistic people to stay away from this Plato’s! That employee was so incredibly snide and arrogant. I’ve never been spoken to from such a high horse in a store that smells like urine and dust. I feel incredibly discriminated against. You could have explained a little nicer about my item, and know exactly what you’re doing. What? I’m autistic so you look at me differently? Thanks for the panic attack! You of all people should know better. Shame on you!"
"Man has this location gone downhill. The back counter and it’s surroundings look like Hoarders Buried Alive. I’m genuinely curious how this business functions; I don’t think it will be here much longer. I used to be able to bring things in, find a few things I even liked, and swap. I wouldn’t even begin looking this last time I came in because it was so filthy. I’ll echo the others in saying there is a manger here who essentially handles all customer interactions- and she is clearly overworked and in an awful environment. Also, in the 104 degree weather, their air conditioning is having issues and there are cheap fans scattered throughout the store. Bring a bottle of water- they won’t even let you go to your car while you wait. Last piece is this…. Let’s just say this location has an interesting set of customers. It might as well have been a pawn shop- if you’re picking up what I’m putting down. Hopefully some fixes can happen so these employees can have a better experience, so therefore the customers can too."
"I loved the Life is Good rack! I thought the athletic selection could have been better for smaller sizes, and it was hard for me to find certain sections in the store because the signage is small. Tall racks are hard to reach, too. The staff is nice, though, so I’m sure they’d be willing to help. The buyer gave me a fair price for a few of my dresses. Overall it’s a good store!"
"Stop by this store for a last minute swim suit before a pool party. They have a wide variety of clothing collection, their bralette aisle is absolutely lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive to my need."
