"The girls in there last night gave me incredible service! My card kept declining & y’all didn’t accept Apple Pay. The girls offered to hold it till tomorrow (today) but it wouldn’t work since my daughter needed the stuff for school today. I went to my car after closing time and found my credit card. They let me come back in to purchase it. I’m glad they did because I would have felt like worst mother ever. Thanks girls ❤️"
"I just experienced the WORST customer service at your location on Spencer and Perez street. Who ever is doing the hiring needs to take a better look at who they are putting in charge of their store. I strive for customer service, so when I came upon this group of ladies today I was very upset. Never shopping here again. As I walked up to make my purchase, one of the girls slams the “register closed” sign on the counter. I wait a couple seconds for one of the 3 other ladies behind the counter to say, “ here” or something. Not one said a word. I walked to the open register and one of the girls is literally straightening her hair behind the counter by the register!!! I mean really? What does that show to your customers ? It gets worse, all the girls just stood there talking amongst themselves not even saying one word to me and we’re looking at me as if there was a problem. I felt very uncomfortable. Melrose, you have to do a better job at who you are hiring."
