"Today I went to this store, and I had a very bad experience with a worker there, apparently he is a manager, I was told by a person who attended me at the cash register. This worker, who is tall and african American, was very rude, he started to ask what I had said, when I did not say anything (apparently he wanted to intimidate me). Doesn't he know that he should respect the customers? This man does not deserve to be there in customer service. I was going to file a complaint at the store, but I am doing it here."
"Y’all the price tags are significantly marked up at this location. Saw lots of items with reprinted tags and the employees tried defending the price tags when I wasn’t asking them about it. Brought a RL hoodie and Marshalls for $35. The same hoodie with the reprinted tag at this location was $49.99 Regional Manager needs to check into this location"
"For the most part this store is pretty good! It’s usually a hit or miss, but they seem to constantly be restocking items. What I really came on here for is to boast about my experience with Ms.Janet (whom I usually see in the dressing rooms) & Ms.Rania (hopefully I spelled her name correctly, if not I apologize). These ladies have treated me so kindly Every. Single. Time! They would greet me, look me in the eye, share pleasant conversation, show professionalism, and always seem to have a smile on their face. I’ve only had one bad experience with a female worker here that lacked all of those qualities. I’d say the name, but that’s not why I’m here. Just a teeny bit of kindness goes a long way, and I hope Ms. Janet & Ms.Rania get the greatest recognition they deserve!! They are the BEST!"
