"If I could give Zero stars. Went to pick up a prescription, no employee in view waited about 3 min not bad . Then the employee comes out annoyed and says picking up ???? No hello or welcome and does not verify my address which I noted last time it was over 17 year old address no update . Tells me the price and no thank you or asked if I had questions on my meds . Oh I’m sorry I distracted you very rude . Find better employees that talk to customer and maybe ask how they are . I think that is what customer service is . Maybe offer a class to employees about that ."

"I am very happy with the customer service at this store. My daughter and I came in to return something and did some shopping while we were there. The person who assisted us at the counter was extremely supportive and helpful. She really made it easy for us to get in and out of the return area. We stayed and did some shopping and when we got home my daughter, realized she had left an item at the register and quickly called the store. Larry helped us over the phone to ensure we got her book back. Thank you Target at Eldridge."
"My experience at this target is better than my usual target I go to, but my local target doesn’t upset me with putting Starbucks glass bottles in the fridge to be cold. This particular target on Eldridge pkwy somehow doesn’t put any Starbucks drinks in the fridge and is only warm on shelf’s which I don’t think is very polite for people who look forward to grabbing a cold Starbucks drink off the fridge shelf. I also don’t like that they don’t have the flavor pumpkin spice or white chocolate mocha. Anyways everything is perfect in stock unlike my local one."
