"called many times to ask about a shoe (5x), and to ask about the closing time since all footlockers said differently, and no one picked up the phone. i got here and workers just looked at me through the window and didn’t even say closed or anything, were on their phones sitting. could’ve been avoided by answering my calls. says it closes at 9pm and i got here at 7:30pm. i drove 40 mins, very upset."
