"Cynthia the owner is a very unprofessional, RUDE, and disgusting individual, I was shocked at the HORRIBLE service they offer at this boutique. Very disappointed to buy a $950 quinceañera dress and it was not completed in a timely manner, the dress was not the correct size to make matters worse, during the final try out, one of the employees had the audacity to say “maybe the quinceañera gained weight.” What a great way to try to cover a mistake! The dress was not made as we agreed, I asked that the dress have white trim at the bottom, this was not done, because the designer failed to deliver this, Cynthia agreed to discount partial payment, when I go picked up the dress she claims she doesn’t remember speaking to me, or the conversation we had about a discount. Cynthia was extremely rude and she expressed to me this was not her only business, brushing way the issue, I felt as my business was irrelevant to her. A quince dress shopping experience is a “one in a life time experience” and she made it so awful. Instead of asking how can I fix this, she was combative towards me. Just horrible."
