"Very poor customer service. I called the store to verify that they had the shoe i needed. They told me the shoe was instock and it would be held for me for pickup. I drove 35 mins to pick up my shoe and when i got there was told that they did not have the shoe and that i would have to pick it up at memorial city mall. They called memorial city mall and asked them to hold the shoe for pick up. I get there and its the wrong shoe. Thanks for wasting my only off day and gas due to poor communication and lack of customer service skills"
