"my disappointment with the service I received at the Kids Footlocker store located in Willowbrook mall is unmatched. My recent visit to the store was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I was in need of assistance in finding a specific shoe size, but the employee Martin barely acknowledged me and gave me a dismissive wave. I had to ask several times for help before they finally decided to assist me. To make matters worse, I felt uncomfortable with Martin's behavior towards me, as he seemed to start flirting with me and acting inappropriately. Once I made it clear that I wasn't interested, he kept pushing me to buy the shoes as quickly as possible. He even tried to sell me a different shoe that wasn't even my size, claiming that it was the last one in stock. I also witnessed Martin selling shoes to customers who paid via cash app, which seemed unprofessional and suspicious. Overall, my experience at this Kids Footlocker store was highly unsatisfactory, and it has left me with a negative impression of the store. As a regular customer of Footlocker, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this particular store. I hope you can take appropriate action to ensure that such experiences do not happen to other customers in the future."

"It's a great place to shop at the store but do not order online and have it shipped to the store because your items will arrive dirty.. paid "brand new" price and got "used like" shoes.."
