"Many years ago, when I lived in Wharton, we shopped here regularly. From what I remember, we bought our first batch of chickens to raise from here in the 1970s. During a trip to Wharton from out of town, I stopped by for the first time in several decades to get some advice/help with a project. The layout of the store has changed some from how I remember it (which is obviously to be expected), but the staff there were friendly and helpful, as always."

"Small Town Outstanding Customer Service! I needed some special feed for my horses, and I'd stopped by early in the week looking for some. None was available, but I was told more of that feed had been ordered and would arrive on Thursday at noon. Ellen, the Office Manager, called me on Thursday morning and told me she'd save me some. I had a business appointment in Richmond that day and thanks to Ellen I knew the feed I needed would be waiting for me when I returned to Wharton. Thank you!"
