The Children's Place

"I just left this location and wanted to give Liberty a wonderful review bc she was patient and kind. However, Rebecca with her pink shirt and mask watched the lines form and saw me and another lady waiting to check out. I let it go that Ms. Rebecca didn’t say hey next customer when she took a lady who walked up after. Only after another lady skips does she say that the line forms on the other side of the store. Mind you I’ve been standing in line over five mins, when I asked if she was going to really take the others ahead of those waiting and she had no answer. She then got really quiet and said nothing and that’s when I asked the lovely Liberty what her coworker name is. Maybe train your employees to have better customer service and maybe signs letting people know where to form a line."

"The Childrens Place is completely empty, when I entered the policy is totally ridicoulus. THE MANAGER is completely disrespectful, when we were looking at clothes then even laughed at us if you want a plqce of happy greeting DO NOT GO TO THE CHILDRENS PLACE, 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. EVEN A THRIFT store is better than that childrens place garbage.They're so unfair. Literrally even trash is better TRASHHH. DO NOT GO TO THE CHILDRENS PLACE. TRUST ME YOU WOULD RATHER WANT TO GO TO Walmart, or anything worse that you could think. THE WORST THING YOU COULD IMAGINE CHILDRENS PLACE IS WORSE I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO RATE THEM 1 BUT I HAD TO IF I WANTED TO REVIEW."

"Went to this store and the parking lot was COMPLETELY empty when I drove up. When I entered I found out why. I was literally the only customer in the store and NEITHER of the two employees bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. I walked the ENTIRE store and neither spoke to me. If this is their standard of customer service THIS store will remain empty. I'll spend my money at CARTER'S."

"This place is OPEN it’s moved towards the end of the shopping strip. Everyone here was helpful, kind and respectful. I did an online pick up order. Picking up was easy. One item was too big. The exchange process was easy as well. Customers need to remember even though this is a children’s store this is also a place of business. It’s not bounce bounce where kids can just run free. If they are asking you to watch your children or for them to stop running around, be thankful someone is looking out for the safety of your children and others."

"Corporate offices need to give some aid to this store. The employees here are FANTASTIC... Helpful, nice, and hold themselves well even when there is a crazy crowd. The deals are awesome for the kids and very easy to find cloths to fit almost any size. The store itself though needs updating I think. Only 1 fitting room, several lights out, even one of the 2 credit card machines was not working on a busy Saturday. Not the staffs fault, just hope they can get some help in there."
