"My friends and I love it here. We go to people watch. It's fun. Service has always been good, but it can. Get pretty crowded to the point you have nowhere to sit."
"I have been there several times. They have a good KJ, but beyond that, extremely lackluster. 1) They will direct you to their online menu and it's outdated. When you order a drink that they no longer serve, they will be annoyed with you. As if you knew what's available or not on their menu 2) The servers are often rude. I have been accused of vaping from drinking out of a straw. I have never vaped in my life. 3) Even though they searched my bag/purse, they refused to let me bring it in. It's the fashion to have small backpacks as bags now, but they accused me of bringing in small bottles, even after I let them search it. I even overheard one employee of CI say to security that they needed to search my bag. Extremely rude and accusatory. If I had not been there for a bday event, I would have left."
"The server we had was really great until she kicked out one of my friends at random. Said friend had barely any drinks and was singing along to a song when they asked her to leave for being “too intoxicated”. Absolutely ridiculous and abhorrent. We had zero explanation, and she had already closed her tab. They also claimed I myself had left the bar when I was still there and closed my tab well before close because I wasn’t at my original table. Will never go back."
"Great atmosphere! We came in for the evening by chance after a poor experience at another place we stopped in here. So glad we did!! The bartenders, Cade the KJ, even the patrons… were amazing! Next time we are in Austin, we will definitely be back!"
"Had the best time here in a private karaoke room! We had 8 people and I would say we were pushing it to maximum capacity since the room was a little smaller. Still enough spots for us all to sit though. We did have a server that brought us drinks and food and he was fun, singing along with us when he would come in to drop something off! Our reservation lasted two hours and I would say that was the perfect amount of time. Food was bar food/late night style but enjoyed it. The main stage bar area was packed when we left at 10pm on a Saturday night."
