"This is definitely not a store to shop at if you’re actually trying to get in and out. The entire pro section is for phone sells only apparently. The 4 checkouts near the pro section are never manned. This location is a complete joke. You can surely tell that nobody’s in charge over there. I clearly know more about Home Depot’s checkout system than the employees at this location. Luckily there was another Home Depot only 11miles away in Plano.I was relieved to finally get actual Home Depot style service there. My job is about a mile away from the Coit location which seemed ideal at first. However the service and idiocracy of how this store is managed makes me keep going to the next location."

"Home Depot has always been a go-to spot for my home improvement and DIY projects. During my most recent visit this weekend, the in-store service was pretty average; neither exceptionally good nor notably bad. The staff was present, but I did need to seek them out a couple of times for assistance. One aspect that could definitely use improvement is the parking lot. Cluttered with pavement cracks and pot holes made it somewhat challenging while maneuvering through the lanes with larger vehicles or when you have a cart full of materials can be a bit of a hassle. On the bright side, the store still offers a broad range of products, which is always appreciated. I was able to find almost everything I needed for my project but eventually had to visit another supplier. Overall, while the experience was not the best I have had at a Home Depot, nor was it the worst. I would still return to Home Depot but will consider another nearby location for a potentially smoother experience."

"This Home Depot store in Dallas on Coit Road is well-stocked and clean. I went to look for a floor replacement and talked to Rusty in the flooring department. WOW, he went the extra mile to help me. He assisted me with explanations of each carpet and also the vinyl planks options. Also, he told me that once I get a quote with measurements, he will go over it point by point to get a clear understanding. I recommend this store to come for home"

"Place is very clean and full stocked up. One of the best places in the location. Went to purchase a fridge and customer service is really excellent. Pete assisted us with clear explanation. Also, this place has plenty of parking space and curbside pickup is available as well. If you like any product they gave a printed copy of product. I am definitely coming again!"

"It's a nice store. Clean. The employees seem happy and friendly. They enjoy each other's and customers company while they talk with coffee in hand. Really a nice atmosphere. Problem is, I had to ask 3 times and wait 25 minutes for someone to help me get some keys copied. The place wasn't crowd as you can see from my photos. Otherwise, great place."
