"It was okay, help was not that helpful, almost as if it was a bother to them, but they did. Nit a great selection of things, Wal-Mart does about as good or better with less stock, odd how that works."
"Not satisfied! I took my 10 month old shih Tzu puppy he was muzzled supposedly he was trying to bite and was not letting the groomer groom him. I have taken him to PetSmart several time and have never had this problem. That same day I ended up driving to San Antonio got him groomed without any problems. Not to mention he seemed very sad for 2-3 days after I picked him up from Petsense ."
"This is the second time my online appts for my dogs has been canceled. The online scheduling shows availability so why are my appts being canceled? I'll be taking my dogs elsewhere from this point on."

"Best place to buy a pet carrier. Other than that I think it's overly priced. That's why I only gave it four stars. From what I read from the reviews I don't know if I want to be my pet here for grooming."
