"We went to try Salty Dawg Bistro for a late lunch. Boudin egg rolls were amazing. The ribeye was better than my usual steakhouse. We're going to make this a regular stop so we can try everything on the menu. Great job and quality food, Tracy! See you again soon!"
"I'm very impressed with the Caboose. Great atmosphere, and the owner of the Salty Dog Bistro, Tracy, is one amazing cook. It's bar food, but he isn't running some hippie dippie kitchen. The Cheese steak Sandwich he brought out to me was heaven on a hoagie roll. Full of flavor and I could tell in every bite that Tracy takes pride in the food he prepares. If you're in a hurry and want something quick but delicious, give this place a try. I'm really proud of my former neighbor and friend, Tracy."

"I loved having burgers when the Male Chef was there. He was awesome and made his own pickles even! Very sad to here he is not there. It was definitely the reason to go there. Will not be going back because the lady that cooked burned all the food"
"I am visiting Houston for a class. Stopped by here for some food. The staff is awesome! Everyone seemed to be in a great mood. The entire establishment is clean with games, TVs, and great food! The food was not only fast. It was also hot, fresh, and damned good! The music was enjoyable. Not too loud to have a conversation. Yet loud enough to enjoy. Drinks are reasonably priced. The service went above and beyond. If I was a local. I would be a regular. Highly recommended!"
