"Although smoking is not allowed inside the bar, there is this one guy that sits at the slot machine smoking cigarettes back to back. No one stops him. It's a typical pool hall, but the cigarettes inside the building are absolutely annoying. I was asked to see my ID, although I'm darn near 40 years old. Meanwhile, this guy is smoking in the building. Isn't smoking cigarettes in the building illegal in Houston? I guess when you know the owner, the laws don't apply to you."
