"Fish and chips: fish cooked perfectly with a traditional cornmeal batter. Crunchy exterior while keeping the fish moist and flaky inside. Fries are traditional cut with peal on. Cooked firm but not crunchy. I like crunchy exteriors for my fries but these are still excellent. Reminded me of fries I would get at a community fish fry, when people still held such events. Excellent beer selection with on tap and canned/bottled. Chris waited our table and was the best. 1/6/23 update Wow! Busy for lunch at 107. Had a couple of craft beers and a fried green tomato BLT…. Just what the doctor ordered. Great Paris eating spot. 3/11/23 update Crazy busy for a mid afternoon downtown Paris restaurant. Had about a 15 minute wait, well worth it. Always great beers on tap and in cans/bottles. Had pulled pork tacos and chips n queso. Well made and delicious, as usual. 9/5/23 update: Stopped by while in town and had a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was excellent; juicy and not overcooked with beautifully fresh ingredients. Love the signage additions to the walls and ceiling. Lot of Paris history in those signs."

"Great little brew pub and grill in Paris Tx. Stopped here on the way to Florida and was happily surprised with the food and brew. Homemade chips and salsa, the grilled chicken tacos were amazing. Plates averaged $11 and had plenty on the plate. Plenty of beer choices. No AC but managed to keep cool with fans, and cold beer. Worth the stop if you are passing through."

"We were passing through Paris and decided to stop. Such a great find. Great beer offerings on tap and food. I gave it a 4 for the food only because our fries were cold and not fresh. They still had great flavor, though. The okra tacos were outstanding! Hubby had the cheeseburger and said it was very good. Great atmosphere. We will return if we are passing through Paris again."

"Stopped In for lunch on our way thru town and had a wonderful experience. Let me start off by saying this place is an absolute gem. This restaurant is in a shell of an old building with a partial transparent roof. It gives you patio vibes without having to be windblown. The food was delicious. We had the fried green beans, sweet n’ spicy flat bread, and the grilled cheese supreme. We also tried some Austin ciders. Everything was so delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely visit this place if you want great food and a wonderful atmosphere!"
