"My fitting at The Black Tux inside of Nordstrom was great. Not trusting an online suit fitting for an out-of-state event, I was pleased to see that I could go to a brick-and-mortar location at Barton Creek Square Mall and get an in-person fitting. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was pleased to take his time and make sure I got the proper fit. The measurements ended up being close to what the online algorithm suggested, but there were some differences and that made me more comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommended,"

"We went last evening to pick out my fiances tux for our wedding- Ethan was absolutely amazing to work with! He was incredibly detailed (which was perfect for a Type A bride like myself haha), answered all of our question and made the process really fun. He is incredibly knowledgeable about styles and finding the perfect fit. My fiance said he had such a great time and is really jazzed about his whole look for the wedding. "Don't rent from The Black Tux. They don't stand by their word, their service is terrible and their support is non existent. Last year they sent me a jacket that was easily 3 inches too long - I looked like a kid wearing his Dad's Tux. There wasn't time to send a new one and they refused to rush one, or refund any money even though it was their fault. This year, I rented from them again (OK, I'm an idiot) and asked if I could find my own pants if I could cancel that part of the order and they said yes, as long as I did it within 24 hours. I did it in 18 hours and the person who made the promise emailed and said too bad, it shipped already and you're out of luck. It took 90 minutes on the phone to get someone to agree to let me send the pants back with my original order to get my credit - prior to that they insisted I buy a box and bring it to a UPS store."

"Such an awful experience with Ethan. I went in for an appointment and got tailoring measurements during the try-on process. He told me “all suits come tailored rented or purchased”. We purchased the tux and expected it to come tailored as we were told. The tux arrived untailored. We returned to The Black Tux thinking there was a mistake and asked and Ethan he said “nothing comes tailored” and this is something “he just learned”. This is not a suit you can get away with NOT tailoring."
