"This is my first time to visit this store. Because my foot doctor wanted me to go to try. A lady named Denise provided me a very good service. She gave me a lot of options and explain to me very well. She is knowledge and very friendly. The store is not so big, but very organized and have very special shoes you can not find from outside. "Highly recommend In Step Austin for when you are finally ready to wear the adult shoes. My feet are jacked from so many years of wearing bad shoes. And now they need the special treatment. The shoes are pricey, but cheaper than surgery if your feet get really bad!!! Juan and I ended up best friends by the time I left there. He asked all the right questions about what I wanted, looked at my feet to observe how I walked, and basically just really knew his stuff.. I felt like I was with Randy from Say Yes to the Dress, but it was shoes. Ha! He brought out tons for me to try and in the end I found the perfect every day set and the perfect rainy day boot. I could not be more pleased."
