"They make you wait in the Plaza while your buy is going on and they will never quote you more than 1.5hrs. They took over 2.5hrs to process my clothes and consistently told me that it was “almost done”. They require you to respect their time but they don’t respect your time. Absolutely ridiculous. At least have some honesty about how long things will take!"
"I've dropped off several closet clean outs here. They do a great job with the volume of clothing they handle and offer you the option to donate afterwards. I like that they choose specific charities with nice missions instead of it just disappearing into the void. I haven't made a ton of money selling to them but I understand they have to be choosy with what they take. I could probably make more on Poshmark but usually would rather not deal with all that. When I've shopped there I've made some great finds at very reasonable prices! The employees are always very friendly and helpful."
