"i went shopping at Zumiez on Sunday the 16 of july, one of the workers was intoxicated as in high, the manger on the clock knew this was happening because it was clear that she was high, the smell was really strong, i believe this is very unsafe because teens go and shop there and, not being on your 5 senses on the clock is ridiculous."
"I recently went here because Element Skateboard brand is making Star Wars clothing and they're awesome! Zumiez always has really cool fashionable clothes and skateboards. I've always liked that store, been going there for many years and they always have great clothing. Really nice staff as well. I'll definitely continue to keep going to Zumiez"
"I needed to buy a penny board for travel and saw that most skateshops in the area did not stock them anymore. I found that zumiez does, and picked this store to drive to instead of the one in the other direction. I made it 30 minutes before close but the store already closed its gate. No idea why they closed before the actual closing time, but because of this I couldn't get what I came here in the first place to get and I can't even drive to another store since both close at the same time. Very disappointed because I fly out the next day as a boardless man."
"This location always has good inventory that’s why I gave 2 instead of 1 star. I asked 2 different store associates to pull a skate deck from the top of the wall for me to check out. They both said they’d help “in a sec”. I stood there waiting while they both were frantically restocking/folding clothes as they were closing soon. I waited for 5 minutes before both Zumiez Representatives completely forgot about me. Then I reluctantly Walked to the vans store and ended up spending over $200. If zumiez knew to treat the customer first they would’ve had my business and my money. I hate begging for service so when I need something I go elsewhere. I hope they can help me next time because the vans store has a terrible selection and I had to settle for something cheaper than what I ultimately wanted at Zumiez."
