I can't say enough about LeKeisha who called me within 5 minutes of my email request. She also knew who I was immediately as I walked through the door to pick up my tuxedo. The best part... the promise of 48 hour turnaround on my rush, turned out to be less than 24. The best customer service...HANDS DOWN!!!"

"I needed several tuxedos for costumes for a school play; Al's was very helpful and I got exactly what I wanted! I was able to pick out the styles and just have the students go in to get measured, everything was ready on time and looked great. I didn't even get charged extra for needing to keep the tuxes for five days! I'm very happy with my experience at Al's especially with Jackie, who communicated with me personally to make sure everything was how I wanted it and was ready to go when I needed it. Great job!"
"*Update* Jackie and Javier went above and beyond to rectify the issue, now I have a great fit for my wedding! Gave my measurements 3 months before the wedding. They could not get my order in with correct measurements. They tried to re order only for their re order to be incorrect again. Would not recommend this for any important event. Left me with two days before the wedding to figure out how to get my suit."
