"Went in 2days ago to get me my wife and kids all a pair of Jordans for the rodeo it was at least a hr before closing time I walk in i see 2r3 people jus sitting down laughing talking so before i can even close the door one girl said( o we close i already shut down the registers)and as i walk out they run a lock the door....I have a business and I would never treat a customer that way especially if they are trying to spend a couple thousand bucks it was just a bad experience poor customer service very unprofessional and uneducated i think they should hire people who actually want to do the job they are paid for and not sit around with people who don't even work there and laugh and talk and turn customers away when ur still open for over a hr them type of employees run ur business down just get some educated professional people in that store just for future purposes even though ill never visit that store again"

"Got to city gear on Kirby at 12:30. The door was locked. I waited 4 minutes for someone to open the door someone came and finally opened the door did not say hello. Good afternoon, anything? I told them I had an exchange. She said you can look in the back. I waited at least 5 to 8 minutes for someone to approach me to help me. I had to ask for help. No one was smiling. No one said may I help you just extremely poor service. I doubt if I'll be coming back at this location. To spend my money. I don't tolerate poor service at all."

"I visited this location while traveling w/my coworker for her birthday. Surprised at some of the reviews because the workers were very attentive to us. It was tax free wknd and they had a great sale. If I return to Houston I would definitely go back. The hat and shirt is from this location, as well as all jeans and another shirt not pictured for a price only of $121."
