"Took me 10 minutes to pick up my online order..."
"Manager “Alli or Alley” had this straight face attitude. I asked for return and clearly it states on receipt that return is allowed within 30 days. When I told her that other branch has done so with my online order. She made a call to that branch manager and asked them not to accept return if I visit them. “ You did this with it and etc”. This is the current day time manager. My return is open but in brand new condition. It states that I have 30 days. I am not satisfied with the product experience. I would even accept this situation as it is. However, manager tone sounded very personal and told me sarcastically to have a nice day as I left and in front of other customers. It was very embarrassing situation to be treated as such. I wasn’t rude and didn’t expected manager to act as store owner. What happen to customer service or satisfaction. Never ever purchasing from Abercrombie, no matter whatever sales they have. I am very flexible and have been a business owner. But to call the other location to make sure they also don’t welcome me. That was ruthless."
