"Does this place ever opens?? This is the 3rd time we have come and it's always closed do we need appointments to get fitted or what??"

"I’m not sure what happened here. We stumbled in on this place one day and decided to check it out for our upcoming wedding. The lady that helped us was super nice the first time we visited it was a pleasant experience and we thought we could trust them to get everything right. A couple months go by and they start calling the groom and various other members of our families that they need to come in for the final fitting. During the final fitting nothing was right. The suit had broken buttons (and wasn’t even the suit we picked to begin with.) I specifically stated that I wanted my nephew in the same suit as the groomsmen and they have him a different jacket. When my mother questioned it the worker informed her that “since he’s the ring bearer his suit needed to be different”. I chose what I wanted and they tried to give me something else! All the information in the computer was incorrect and after 3 hours of waiting on another store manager to come to this location my mother and the groom were assured that everything would be fixed. A week or so goes by then my mother receives a phone call that my fiancé’s suit is ready and my first thought was “why would they call her and not me when everything was under my name?” She said they told her they called me and I didn’t answer. Whatever. My fiancé went to go pick up the suit today (which is about his 3rd or 4th time here) and they still hasn’t fixed everything that was wrong with the suit so he ended up having to sit there and wait again for about another two hours. Horrible experience. It’s not the new ladies fault that she’s new but it seems like SEVERAL people dropped the ball here. I wish we could’ve had a positive experience like everyone else seems to have had."

"The customer service at this store is unbelievable. We went in clueless and Donna was great, she is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. She even made a call to get us the number of a good tailor and gave suggestions on how to best alter the tux. It was a great experience and we will definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend."

"After going to a few places for my son’s senior prom tux I’m so happy I made it here. The staff is more than helpful. She fitted my son perfectly and suggested some alterations we should do since my sons does have a bigger upper body from working out. I would recommend Al’s formal wear Almeda location to friends and family. Plus they have more variety than other stores."
