"I paid over 1300 for subscriptions and processing fees. And I was canceled after one month. They will run your credit card over and over without your permission. Canceled without warning."

"Toxic and hostile work environment. Management is not qualified (some of them ) you are micromanaged and have to go through a degrading coaching session weekly. High turnover even though pay is decent. STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES FEEL LIKE THEY ARE LESS IMPORTANT THAN YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!"

"This place is VERY unprofessional. I have received multiple possible job offers from them, and also several emails in regards to wanting me to come in for an interview for the last two years. However, I did have a steady job making descent money, so I just didn’t look into it further. After receiving back to back emails from one of the recruiters, Julia constantly, I figured I’d give it a shot. I had an interview with Tailored Brands on Thursday, October 25th at 10:00am to meet with Sitara Hamedi. I am the type of person who always arrives early and before time when I’m going somewhere I’m unfamiliar with for one, and just in general, because I feel that makes a great first impression showing that I am reliable and can not only be on time, but early as well. I signed in with one of the receptionist at 9:35am. Remind you again, my interview was for 10:00am. After signing in and sitting down, another young lady came in about ten minutes later. Once 10:15am came around, no one checked back with us, assured they would be with us soon or even acknowledged that we were there and we began to conversate to find out we both were interviewing with Sitara. At 10:35am, the young lady who accompanied me left, stating that she was leaving, because had she not been there on time or been that late, she would have not been considered for the job and she was very upset they would treat us as such knowing it would be unacceptable if it were us. Once she left, one of the receptionists called back letting someone know Sitara had two people who had been waiting on her since 9:35am, with interviews at 10:00am and it was now 10:35am and no one has come to get us or come and let us know something. Once 10:40am approached, as I got up to get ready to sign myself out as well, a young man came to retrieve me to go for my interview. I waited for about another 15 minutes before Sitara even made it into the room, we interviewed and she stated she loved interviewing with me and that she thought I fit the current atmosphere. So to me, that gave me a sense of believing I got the job, but she told me the hiring manager would be the one to for sure reach out to me with a definite answer based on my interview with her (Sitara). The very next day I received an email stating, “We have decided to pursue other candidates whose background and skills more closely match our current needs.” I then emailed Julia wanting to know if she could give me more information as to what could have possibly disqualified me from the job and hindered my chances being that I was not only on time, but 25 minutes early, I waited an additional hour to be interviewed after my scheduled time, when I was told to make sure I was on time if I wanted the possibility to get the job, and I was told that I fit the atmosphere. Julia stated she would reach out to the HM and get back with me. 3 days passed, not including the weekend and I still hadn’t heard back from Julia. I emailed her a second time asking had she received feedback in regards to me not qualifying for her to only forward me back the very same email. So my issue is that, for two years this job has tried to pursue ME and kept emailing ME constantly to come in only to tell me that I don't meet the qualifications? There had to be something they seen in me to reach out as many times as they did. So I want to know what qualifications did I not meet, because the resume I had attached stated I had the experience they were looking for and my interviewer, who was a whole hour late, and would have been more had she not been notified we were just waiting said I did very well. I am not upset about not getting the job even though I was basically told that I did, but I am upset about their huge lack of professionalism. I was very excited to interview and go onboard with them, but the whole interview was a slap in the face, starting with the first impression being that they themselves are not worthy with being on time the way they enforce it. This company will not retain employees with behavior this way and I wasted alot of time."

"They micro manage you. Have unrealistic expectations. The rules apply to some and not others. Call you into the back for every little thing just to embarrass you. All the coaches do is talk bad about the agents and avoid escalations. If you're not a butt kisser you're not going to progress. High turnover because they talk to employees like children"
