"I went today to check on the clothes at the store. The attendant on the left section was rude and unprofessional. I tried to ask him on medium size on 2 diffirent items and he said that he doesn’t have available sizes without checking which item I was asking for. In addition to no eye contact or any greetings. Need to improve their costumer service"

He will make every effort to get you into something nice. He will look around the store for that one piece you need. He will make great suggestions on how to improve your look. So, Hugo Boss is awesome. Vincent is awesome. So... Why four stars? The store inventory and inventory is... Bleh."

Sherilyn took great care of my buddy for his wedding and she was not only very knowledgeable but she also genuinely gave us the best service I've had in a clothing store. They also provided complimentary drinks for him, another friend and myself and created the greatest possible experience. In the future, I will definitely be buying suits from this location and highly recommend it!"
"The most arrogant Boss store I have ever been to. I’ve been to a couple of Boss stores. The staff there are usually very friendly and helpful. But this one is different. They are very arrogant and always find excuses to refuse you. Like they refuse to hem your pants, and said they cannot mark it since the tailor is not here, just because you bought it online. Shame on you for lying!"
