"I visited the store while I was on vacation and was about to purchase a music DVD. The retailer suggested that I could get the USB drive with 300+ music videos for $10 more...I purchase it not knowing there's no refunds. The retailer didn't tell me otherwise I would not taken the chance or pay $30 for a product that doesn't have what it says."

"This store is gonna be successful if they aren't already! Customer service goes A LONG WAY & THEY GIVE great customer service! I messaged the store via Instagram and they at first didn't have what i needed but messaged me again a couple of hours later to state they did have what i was looking for and even have a great deal to ship to me! I've also been in person and again great customer service this store owner wants to take care of the ppl!"
