"I will never ever step foot in this place ever again!! I just needed a Hat for my twins Father daughter dance! I meet a guy from out of town in there treat me better than the employees!!! They treated me like I wasn’t suppose to be in that place!!"
"Cavender's carries the rigid Wrangler jeans my husband loves at a good price. I know exactly where they are, so I never bother the salespeople. Every Cavender's I shop at always has the jeans in order by size. Let me preface this by saying the following is not normal for this location. But the jeans at the location on FM 1960 at Kuykendal were in no order whatsoever! Now I know that things get a bit out of order from customers going through them and not putting them back in the same spot. So I'm used to searching a little bit to find the right size. But this time, I had to search from top to bottom of every row of the rigid jeans! I only needed 2 pairs of 29x32's. I found 1 pair right away. No problem. But the next pair, however, was at the very bottom of the 2nd row! While I was searching through what seemed like every pair of pants, I began noticing all of the pants were out of order! I often shop at this location and I've never seen them out of order like this. I doubt this much chaos was caused by customers simply misplacing them when they return them to the shelf. Either someone intentionally mixed up the sizes or whoever put the jeans out that day paid absolutely no attention to the sizes when they stocked the shelves. I'm leaning more toward the latter of the two. I told the person at the checkout about it. I hope this has been corrected."
"I've been to Cavender's multiple times, but every time I've gone, the workers walked past me, and they wouldn't ask me if I needed help. That changed today, I went straight to the cowboy hat section, and Ivan was very helpful. I would definitely go back just because of his great customer service!"

"Thank you MRS JAYLEAN I apologize for the spelling. The store had a nice variety of boots, clothing, jewelry and other accessories. I saw a red boot I liked, but not in my size and not the price I was looking to pay for the style it was. Overall great store and they have a kids section, AWESOME!"
