"Made an appointment to be fitted for my wedding suit as this place was recommended to my fiancé. Arrived 5 minutes early, stood in the store for 30 minutes and left because I was not ever seen. I guess appointments don’t really matter if you’ll have to wait behind any walk-ins. Got my suit at Jos. A Bank instead"

"The in-store staff is really nice. However, the entire experience has been horrible. My husband ordered a suit for a wedding. He received his order with several issues. We went back to the store to get it fixed. They re-ordered it and it arrived with the same issue. They again re-ordered the suit for us and by this time, we went back and forth 3 times. We received no notice or clarify of any kind about the order status. We called the store on Monday and one of the staff said that the order was already complete, but it did not ship, but should receive by Thursday. We called Thursday and another staff said they have no note of the suit in their system. We tried calling the store several times and received no response. Absolutely nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone! Why spend your money to receive horrible experience?"

"The stars I am giving are because the Associate who measured my boyfriend was very nice, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with, we loved Ben, I think that was his name, asian man in his mid twenties or early thirties. He's the best! Now the manager on duty, a middle-aged black woman, was incredibly rude and condescending to us is the reason for the fact this isn't a 5 star review. I was excited to get him fitted for his first custom suit and come back after I got paid to go ahead and order a suit from them, and we just wanted measurements. We did everything right and made an appointment ahead of time, and when we walked in for our appointment we were greeted by Ben I think, who needed a moment and would be right back. Then she came out and told us immediately that Indochino was reservations only. Okay, fine we have an appointment. She continued to talk down to us like we weren't in a designer store at the galleria looking to spend a small fortune on some clothes. I get it I wasn't dressed in designer clothes or all dolled up, but that doesn't excuse bad customer service. I was recommended Indochino and when we left my boyfriend had zero interest in coming back if we have to deal with her. She obviously is bitter that she's working a retail store instead of being in New York like she used to be. We may come back to get a suit because Ben was amazing and the suit materials are in fact very nice quality. But if that store manager is there we do not want anything to do with her. She obviously is in the wrong industry if she wants to treat people like that. I'd rather go across the mall to Sacs where I can wear sweats and look darn near homeless and get offered a beverage and given 5 star service while buying a $1000 dress (which I've done)"
